synflow® Sequential Valve Gating

synflow patented technology helps molders eliminate cosmetic defects on sequentially filled parts caused by sudden flow front accelerations and stagnations in plastic flow.  This next generation synflow now brings even more advanced features and benefits. Additional pin position “holding” capabilities enable setting an intermediate opening pin position or can facilitate two distinctly different opening moves per pin per injection molding cycle. This next generation of synflow comes equipped with an intuitive interface and simple upgrade path from SVG+.
